Dale C. Since they changed their location I have to travel further but it still worth it.The owner is one of the nicest guys I've met, He and his staff take very good care of us. The facility is large, clean, the staff know how to take care of you and there's ample parking.They will even help you bring your empties from your vehicle If you need help.

Jason J. I believe they provide steady customer service, they never complain about frozen bottles in winter. I had tried some other bottle depots but now only go to Univer. The new location is a great improvement from the last.

What struck me was how the staff always treated their customers, many from the inner city and living in difficult conditions, with kindness and respect, I think that speaks volumes about the people working there and their understanding of how important the depot is to many people in that part of Edmonton.
