The South Hill Bottle Depot has spent a tremendous amount of money to speed-up the counting process and get more people through, 4 windows, double lanes, computer cards instead of a paper slip, less errors, computer screens so the customer can follow the counting similar to a grocery store cash register, a conveyor belt and automatic counting system for shipping which helps to free employees and make the whole operations more efficient.
Mark W. This is a drive through store. They open at 0830, which is very convenient for me. When I arrive at the window to recycle by bottles, the operator is cheery and helpful. It makes the whole process much more enjoyable.

Connie P. Line up was long but the new system works so much more efficiently that it took all of 10 minutes for the staff to put through 8 vehicles. Love the drive thru. Only have to open the trunk instead of packing recycling into cart then into building then unload again. Staff always very pleasant and courteous.
