Blaine R. I am writing in regards about the High River Bottle depot. Over the last 50 years I have been in a lot of bottle depots throughout Alberta. I would just like to pass on that I have never been in a cleaner and more organized bottle depot.
The staff is always very polite and are very helpful with the customers.
I know for most people, it’s easy to complain about a business and not always easy to give praise.
The staff should be proud of the business that they run.
I have congratulated the staff on the cleanness of the business and their professional attitude.

I don't believe they get enough credit for their hard work and would like to acknowledge them. Our Depot deserves to be recognized because the workers there always have a smile on their faces, work diligently to count and sort my bottles as quickly as possible, and they keep the Depot clean and organized. I went in on Thursday July 30th with a large amount of bottles. There was no other customers there and three workers. They all immediately starting sorting my bottles and worked together to get me on my way as quickly as possible. It was awesome to see people enjoying their jobs and working together - all too often we see people standing around on a job, letting others handle it. It was a refreshing sight - keep up the good work, HR Bottle Depot!
Whitney M. The staff are very nice and respectful, the depot it self is very clean and tidy and presentable for a bottle depot. They do a wonderful job at organizing the space. And they are very lovely to talk to.
Vicki V. No matter the guck and chaos - the men and now women who work there are always kind and efficient. I could not do this job because of the guck and the chaos, but they seem to do it without the drudgery that I am sure I would feel. On top of that they are so quick and positive.

Joanne A. Theese guys atHR are nice to me ALL the time. ( I m a senior lady)..polite and they keep the area clean and neat,,,I am sure that it is challenging as sometimes it is messy business. I like to leave them a tip and they always show appreciation.

I have always found the service at our depot to be friendly and polite however now that I am a support worker for individuals with developmental disabilities I am even more impressed by the way the staff treats my clients. They know them by name and are so respectful and friendly. We do a lot of recycling as part of our employment program and every time the staff treats us like royalty. We often have a large quantity of items to count and sort but they never complain. I would especially like to thank their employees Calvin and Fred! Your interactions with our clients are invaluable and they consider you friends.
Rene K. these guys work hard for their money and are always pleasant, I doubt they get paid enough to sort all those smelly and dirty cans etc.
Eric D. One particular worker, Calvin, who has been there for many years, is so friendly and efficient. There is no waiting with him and he makes a chore seem like a pleasure. He should be commnended.
Annie S. I am very impressed with the service I receive at the High River Depot. They work very hard. When I arrive they come right up and help. I love that they have a sink with soap to wash my hands and a dryer. It is hard to make a bottle depot nice, but with what they have they make it work. I appreciate that they work so fast.

Susan L. The 1st High River Scouts carry out several bottle drives during the year as well as running on ongoing Bottle Pick-up and picking up bottles at our Recplex. Since we are picking up bottles from others, we sometimes arrive with bottles that are stinky, messy and mixed with garbage. The fellows at the High River Depot are always most helpful to our youth and adults as we unload these bottles and sort them. They are patient and very supportive to our fundraising for the Scouts. And I've never seen such fast hands as they sort bottles. I appreciate so much all that they do for us - and how dedicated they are to supporting the youth of the community. Thank you!
Leonie L. Staff is extremely efficient. No time wasted. Enjoyed watching the chap serving me (I asked his name, but 1 day later have forgotten--daaaa) as he flicked cartons so quickly that landed right in the bins. His method of picking up the bottles & cans & writing down results at appopriate times evoked my confidence in a correct count. Waiting time is minimal there as there is no time wasted. I like 'my' bottle depot!
Sherry S. They help with our community groups and the employees are quick, accurate and kind. A special shout out should go to one of their long time employees. (Tall, thin, long beard). The way he can grab so many items with his hands and count so quick is amazing. He and the rest if the staff are friendly and nice!!
Bonnie H. This staff goes out of their way to give quick efficient service without compromising the atmosphere of ''we are glad to see you and pleased to have your business. Whenever time and lineups permit, they are quick to assist you to bring in your bags,bins or other containers. I have had these folks take the load out of my hands and open the door. Once I was just getting out of my vehicle. That is why I secure my load and drive an extra 20 minutes to this depot.
