Trinesh works very hard to get them picked up in less than 24hrs when I request it. It’s so amazing! My son is fundraising for the ultimate science trip and we’ve collected a lot of bottles! I feel the amounts are very accurate and they mail me a cheque with the break down receipt. What a great service. Even if it might hurt our fundraising we’ve been sharing with all our friends cause it’s too good not to share. No more long line ups!!! I love returning bottles now!!!!

Sharon A. Trinesh and his crew take excellent care of our staff and students. They pick up our recycle as soon as we request a pick up.They count items and send cheques within a timely manner. They are friendly and courteous people. They will call and see if they can pick up if they are in our area. Since our recycle bins are filled by students, they are often a mess of open bags, half filled containers but these guys just never ever complain. Hats off! You are the best!

They delivered a trailer right to the location we asked at the time we requested. The driver asked what time he should be back, and he was right on time. Becky A. This depot has provided EXCELLENT customer service to us. For the first time in 4 years, I didn't have to take our school bottles to the depot! They actually came and picked them up for us. At least nineteen times a driver stopped, checked in at the office (as visitors are supposed to do), and took our bottles to the depot where they were counted and a cheque was dropped in the mail to our school bookkeeper. Outstanding customer service - friendly emails, personable drivers... kudos to Trinesh and his team for the fantastic service this year!

Alice B. My husband and I arrived with a few large bags of accumulated bottles. The depot appeared efficiently run even before we stepped inside the door. It was awesome to have an automatic door, so we didn't need to put down our unwieldy bags and push. We only had to wait a few moments in line. The girl at the window gave us a cheerful smile and asked us how we were. She quickly and efficiently sorted our bottles and added up our totals. It was good to see so many people so gainfully employed at the Cosmos Bottle Depot.
Corey L. Some of their staff have been their for years and they really seem to be a great team. They have young and old alike working for them and they take pride in their work and their customers.
Sandra S. It's the second depot that I have been to and this one is very well organized, it's big inside, the staff was very polite, and friendly help empty my bags. I did not see anybody just standing around. I will come there all the time and if I have loss donate some. I know the money goes to good causes and disabity people work there. I think that is amazing to see them in the community working. Thank you for being friendly
