Maureen B. Having visited the Cochrane depot a few times now since moving here from BC, I can tell you what a pleasure the cochrane depot is to visit. As soon as you walk thru the door you feel welcome and your product is counted and sorted promptly. The staff are very friendly and the depot is clean.
Dana F. Because if you make an effort to acknowledge them, they react positively. Or maybe they wear earplugs so they don't have to talk to me!!! Just kidding!! The one lone lady and the guys are very pleasant and one new fellow works so fast I'm in and out before I know it. Thank you for making a not so errand not bad at all!

Cheryl R. The current owners acquired the business a few years ago. Since then they've made a number of improvements to the facility. Now it's cleaner, easier to get in and out of, added parking, and even an area where their customers can wash their hands. The staff are friendly,polite, quick, and efficient and there even seems to be enough staff especially when it's busy. When local community groups run bottle drives the depot looks after their returns in another area of the facility so they quickly assist the large group while maintaining service to the regular folk without disruption. Just an all round well run business.
