I am a mom of autistic twin boys, and the boys love to help. so when we are there the owner of the bottle depot not only take time to turn on the can counter machine, but will have them take over our cans and help dump them in. It is always the high light of that weekend for them. As well it is the easiest access into a depot, and the facility is clean well organised and extraordinary staff and management. I tell people from the city that it is well worth the drive to get this kind of service.

Erin H. I feel that the staff at Beaverlodge are so friendly and will to assist you with your returns. I know they can be busy and have lots of customers at once, but nobody seems to be grumpy or seem less willing to assist you in sorting and counting the returns. I've see the staff work well as a team and process the customers large returns, with a casual and friendly ease. The staff also educate you on how to sort your returns and this makes an easier transaction. I recall going to the depot before they moved into the new building and the previous one had no heat, was very small and still the staff had positive attitude and were always moving to process the customers efficiently. The ladies currently working at the depot have something to chat with you about, many of the customers have became familiar and you can develop a casual friendship. I really feel that sometimes they may be overwhelmed and under appreciated, I think they do a wonderful job!
Susan L. The Beaverlodge depot is clean, well organized, lots of room to park,easy to get in and out of. The friendly demeanour of the owners is reflected by the staff. It is a quick stop to drop off bottles and settle up. Kind of like a quick. Visit with good friends! Kudos to the Beaverlodge Depot!!
Eunice E. What makes this site awesome to bring my 'bottle refuse' to is the personal touch and cheerful friendliness, in the midst of quick efficiency, with which we're greeted every single time. I know their work is loud, it can be grueling, messy and unpleasant with the cocktails of old, stale liquids permeating the air; yes, we are always made to feel welcome and valued.

The women are very helpful as I was unloading my bottles they got started and all they got me to do was empty the bags onto the sorting table which was nice since I had other running around to do. they are quick and efficient and I have never seen women so cheerful in such a stinky job :)lol they are wonderful and I applaud them comencley.I think they need the recondition they deserve. I have been going there since they opened and always a great experience, when Its not something we all love to do:)
Bettylou B. Every time I go there they are always friendly and right there to serve you. The owner is always smiling and makes you feel like smiling. My little girl enjoys tagging along and wants to help and the owner makes her feel welcomed not like she's in the way. I applaud them..wish everywhere you went was that way.

Always have a station for cleaning hands that smells so good and you feel clean when you leave the building! They also have that one extra minute to see how your day is going!

This depot is very clean, Very fast service, Very friendly staff and Owners, What other bottle depot will actually come outside the business area and actually help you to load the bottles and cans in. NONE that I have been to other than Beaverlodge, so that is where I go. If I have a huge order of bottles they also offer a drop off service and they will call when the order is processed for me to come pick up my money. FANTASTIC SERVICE and they deserve KOODOOS all around
