Gerald P. Kudo's to Owners and staff at Beaumont Bottle Depot for being very Friendly and Efficient when I take my bottles in every two weeks for ( approx 7 to 10 dollars worth ) And once a month I bring the bottles from my work place in Edmonton to the depot in Beaumont just cause they treat there customers very well for ( approx 40 to 60 dollars worth ) I'm older and they always help me carry in my "Fortune". Thanks Girls and Guys its appreciated.

Sharon B. The Beaumont Bottle Depot is clean, efficient and friendly. I have been using this depot since we moved to Beaumont in 2002 and have always been extremely satisfied with the service they provide. Recently they have made many updates that make them incredibly efficient and easy to use. All the automation is really interesting as well and I think it would be a great field trip for a family or a school group. I know that when my son was young, he would have been fascinated to see how everything works. Let's be honest - I really enjoy watching how it all works every time I go there! From the conveyor belts with automated counts to the newest feature, where you can just scan your receipt and have the cash payment automatically dispensed, it is really impressive. Especially during Covid 19 protocols, this makes the experience as close to "hands-free" as it can be. Dropping off used bottles will always have some dirt and odor involved, but they have a sink readily available for customer use and frequently clean the building. The staff are all friendly and efficient. It's so user friendly - you can just show up with bags of mixed bottles and cans, dump them where directed and the staff takes care of everything from there. I am picky about efficiency and customer service and I cannot think of one single thing I would improve about this bottle depot. I personally would give them a 100% satisfaction rating and always recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

Debbie T. I have been returning recycle here for several years. They are always friendly. Offer quick directions to which station to use. No hassle with returning, usually quick, have only had to wait a bit a couple of times during their busy times.

We are a smaller community living next door to a major Alberta city and I have heard that city people drive out to Beaumont because THEY also appreciate the work the Beaumont bottle depot does. Hit them with any mush mash of container type and they dig right in and do the sorting quickly and accurately. The owner is a great guy and supports many community events, All round an excellent community business

Julie F. I brought in a ton of empties (at least 6 Bags worth). I was expecting the trip to take at least 45min taking into account there was already people there. But I was happy to see my wait cut short when other members of the bottle sorting team sprung to action! at least 3 people shared the work load and i was able to go on with my day 15 minutes later. I was very impressed with their coordination and co-operation! This isn't the first time I have been overjoyed at the service provided. They may not be the biggest branch but they sure have the most heart!

Mr. P. The folks at our local Beaumont Depot are friendly, professional, and courteous. They always ask about our two children, over ten years now, and always have a sucker or lollipop available for the kids, dad too! Sometimes when it would be more convenient to drop our empties elsewhere when shopping, errands, etc., we will make the stop in Beaumont first. They always have a smile and a kind word, no matter the rush or weather. The owner/cashier/manager is the friendliest guy I have ever met. I'm sorry to have forgotten his name, but he is always there. In short, it is a pleasure to have this crew in Beaumont. For that, I think a big applause is in order. Thank You.

Jessica L. this was absolutely the most amazing bottle depot I've been to. It is really sad how poorly run the Hinton depot is. I travel to edmonton and area lots and I will always be bringing my bottles to the Beaumont bottle depot. Great job to all the staff! Joanna P. This depot should be applauded over and over. The owner takes the time to talk to each customer that gathers their change when they hand in their receipt. The owner's father is also there, smiling and giving you your change. Honestly, you can't help but throw a couple of loonies or all your loose change you get back from the bottles in to their "tips" jar. The facility itself; and I've looked around quite a bit; is so clean, neat and tidy. They have a hand washing station and bins to throw your garbage bags in to. The employees are so speedy and very attentive to detail in making sure the right number of bottles are counted for, then they hand you the receipt sweetly and with a smile and you are on your way. I honestly wouldn't go to any other bottle depot. This depot also gives back to the community. Once or twice a month or every couple of months, they partner with local hockey, and other sports teams for bottle drives to raise money in support of those clubs. A great great facility all round!

On January 3 of this year we held the largest bottle drive in the Beaumont Bottle Depot's 19 year history raising just over $10K in support of Lincoln Grayson, a 13 year old boy that broke his neck at C3 in a bicycle accident and is now a quadriplegic. I contacted Moez, the owner of the bottle depot, in November to see about the possibility of conducting a bottle drive and he was very supportive. He knew of the story and said they would support it 100% and that the Depot would even make their own donation. He even suggested that people could drop off bottles before and after the bottle drive and have them donated to Lincoln. The bottle drive was far more successful than anyone thought and that meant staff and volunteers had to work long hours late into the evening in order to get all of the bottles inside the depot. Moez and the entire staff worked tirelessly, were kind and patient with all of the volunteers (over 100) and were generous in donating to Lincoln Grayson. It is clear that Moez and the bottle depot staff are committed to the community. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.
