I applaud this depot for their great work in supporting our Blazers PeeWee City2 hockey team in their quest to collect bottles and raise funds for the community Interval Home. The bottle depot opened up their space to store our bottles, counted the them quickly and allowed the public to drop off bottle donations to add to our count. Thank you Melissa and the Bea Fisher Staff!
I was at the lloydminster depot today to refund bottles. My cashier Edmund was so wonderful, he was courteous, friendly, and quite quick at his job. It is wonderful to see such an environment from a bottle depot as that is not always the case. Recycling is so important for our environment and providing a pleasant experience is 100% the key to encouraging people to continue to do so. Way to go Edmund!

My bottle depot is pretty busy, and I went on a tour of it once and realized how full of hard working people it was. When I give away my containers, it is such a simple process, because everything is there for you right when you walk in. The workers are fast, efficient, and give you no problems at all.

Oh I absolutely think they should be applaud !! It's a very dirty job plus the smell in there is very harsh They have to breath that all day every day !! When we go in as customers it's very hard for us to breath that smell of stale beer etc !!! And I have found that each employer is very friendly to customers !! Sometimes they don't get to say much because they r so busy counting!! But there has been a few times one man is outside doing what ever it may be cleaning etc and I come along w lots of bottles and he helps me w the cart etc!! As I have seen him help others !!! I think they deserve a WHOOP!! WHOOP !! Honestly ;)

Always very friendly and willing to give some help if required. The BFC is an organization that assists individuals in gaining some normality in a life that is faced with many diverse challenges. Some of these individuals work at the depot, a job to which they truly enjoy. It's nice to see growth in an individual, and it is nice to see the smile on their face when they are helping you.
This depot has continually improved over the course of the last few years. The staff are very friendly and I have never heard them complain. The new computerized return slots are totally efficient and now they have a new ATM type unit that quickly put out your money with a printed receipt if you want one. The exchange area is always clean and tidy. Staff are not only doing individual returns but there are additional people out front to keep the area clean and the garbage removed. Just a great place. Actually fun to go to. I love it.
I haven't been to the depot in lloydminster for awhile and was so surprised at my visit today! They have added more counting lanes and cashing out was a breeze with the cash machine! It seemed very organized and cleaner than it has in the past. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience today! I will not dread going anymore! :)

Almost every time I have been there, some one either helps or offers to help me...other retail stores and services could learn from them! And they have never been rude to me.

Last visit I was watching the people working hard, with little to no appreciation. People bring unsorted bags of cans etc. I try to presort ours to make their job a little easier.

The depot provides employment opportunities to some individuals who have challenges to live with everyday and provides these individuals life skills of earning a pay cheque. The depot is an asset within the community that it serves.

All of the crew do a great job especially under the stress. There are often a lot of folks who come in with amazing amounts of bottles and cans and the people who have to process them do a fantastic job of handling such large loads.

I was the only person there when I arrived, every station was manned. Each person smiling and ready for me to choose them. When I did, co workers came to assist the person serving me. Looked like a co operative happy place to work. Well Done!
The people work hard, it's always busy and they do good work
Well I enjoy the easy access to and from the depot. It has well flowing layout to deposit our recyclables. Even when it's busy as it usually is, the number ticket announcements for position in line, is very convenient not to be bunched up inside. Staff is always friendly and with the heavy traffic always has a smile. Also I have noticed the new deposit slip machine to get your refund! Awesome idea! Carts, big canopy always available for large recycle deposit and the weather! Keep up the good work!!!
This location has had many upgrades to the system they used to use and it works great! The staff was helpful and professional. The wait time was quick.

The depot is always busy on the weekend, constant lines out the door. The staff deserve an applaud just for the sheer volume they deal with on a constant basis. Because it is always busy I went in on a Tuesday over lunch. It was still fairly busy, but staff worked very quick, efficient.

We love the Bea Fisher Center and how it provides for special people in our community. The bottle depot is staffed by great people who are always friendly and really make you feel good about what you are doing for the environment and the community. The service is fast. The location is convenient and clean. The kids love going and getting some spending money.
Even if I had other options I would still use this depot. It is always well organized. I've been going to this location for 12 years now and they are constantly adding features and procedures to make the visit as quick and smooth as possible.
I think my depot deserves to be applauded because they are hard working! I have been there on Saturdays when it is super busy and the employees stay calm and keep working hard. They have it well orginised using number tickets so you can wait outside to hear your number. They keep it clean!

Bea Fisher Bottle Depot has always given us superior service and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept and they get customers in and out in a quick and well organized manner. They also employ people with and without disabilities and help raise funds to help with housing, programs, employment. etc for people with developmental disabilities in the community.

I have had many conversations with workers , employees and management staff nearly every time a person visits. They are efficient at their work and giving jobs to people with disabilities and a purpose is very special. Not all companies or businesses see people the same but proud to say that Bea Fisher does and I have full respect for them.
Even when there are long lineups and things are busy there are always many people that can help you. It is a very short wait before your served.The people there are very welcoming
My first time at the Bea Fisher bottle depot everything was very organized and efficient. I did not have to wait long and the worker that assisted me was very helpful as I was not familiar with the system. Big thank you to the Bea fisher depot workers!

I think they should be applauded for how far they have come. I am 28 years old right now I can still rember being in Cubs and doing bottle drives to raise money. When you think from then till now you can see how much they have improved. They staff is always nice they are fast.. There has never been a time where there isn't paper towel or hand soap so u can wash your sticky hands after.. They keep it well organized now.. There help for the community goes above and beyond with loads of bottles drives yearly and I belive they should be more then applauded.. First of all it wouldn't be an ideal job to work in sticky left over pop all day but they always do it with a smile. The machine pay out is unreal just scan your ticket and take ur cash and leave another reason why it makes its a place I will always return to. Thank you lloydminster Bea fisher for all your community and local help. You all deserve an applause and more!!!

Bea Fisher bottle depot is a well run and efficient service to our city. They are a partner to the Bea Fisher Centre, which provides training and employment opportunities to persons with developmental disabilities. They give these individuals a chance to be a productive part of our working community and it gives them a sense of accomplishment and pride. I am always greeted with a smile there and it warms my heart that they are doing something to help the community, these people and our environment.
Our depot is fast and effecient with a state of the art computer system that tells the customer the totals of the empties as the staff is counting it. The staff is friendly and will even help you if you have extra bags. I think they need a pat on the back! Way to go Bea Fisher!

I went to the bottle depot yesterday and was in and out in about 15 minutes.. when it is usually at least an hour process. I was shocked!
They have excellent costumer service! The staff is so friendly and efficient. They are polite and will visit with you and make your trip enjoyable. They are hard workers and get the job done. And they also have a great facility! Go Bea Fischer Bottle Depot!!

There was a blizzard outside, but I had some free time and wanted my garage cleaned out, so I decided to make a trip to the bottle depot. It is always hard carrying in bottles & a toddler at anytime, but would have been next to impossible with all the blowing snow. To my amazement there was a worker who rushed out to my vehicle and helped carry my bottles in. He then proceeded to dump my bags out for me, and helped scan my receipt. It sure made a blizzardy day feel a lot warmer! Thank you so much Johal, it was so great for you to go out of your way to help me with everything that you did!
Our depot has very friendly staff members. The last time I was there the door happened to be not working properly but the gentleman working made sure you didn't wait for that door to open. I had to make a few trips because I had so many bags and he stood there sliding back and forth that door for everyone... with a SMILE.

I think it should be applauded because they support a great organization-The Bea Fisher Centre. The staff there are so friendly. I was there today and I was treated so well -prompt service, cheerful staff, etc.. The young man serving me was very friendly and smiling a lot and appeared happy to be working there. I enjoyed the rest of my shopping because of him .
They were very efficient, friendly and the service was great. The depot had screens by each till that shows the amount of bottles and how much you are going to get and that's was very helpful. I recommend that all depots should try this system.

As a new resident of Lloydminster and my first time at the bottle depot they were very friendly, efficient and very well organized!!! As I walked in not knowing the system they have I was immediately greeted and was helped and informed which was good to know for next time. Good Job to all the staff members...
I like how they have upgraded the facility to make it run faster and smoother. The staff is friendly as well. No complaints whatsoever. One thing I would maybe change is to move or add the next called number thing outside the building or above the second door so you don't have to walk in to see it.
I believe our Bea Fisher Centre should be applauded for its efficient and hardworking staff. Many locals come through the depot in a rush, on their lunch break, or simply uninterested smiling at the amazing workers who sort through their dirty bottles. I don't often hear "thankyous" from the people bringing in bottles, but I always hear a "thankyou" from the ladies at the cash register. They work so hard to run the sustainable options of our "throw-away" society, and for that I am thankful! Mother Earth thanks them too. By doing a job that few would choose, they help to keep reusables out of the trash and provide a better future for our children. Without our bottle depot, we would be a far more wasteful town!
this bottle depot has an awesome manager.she is friendly,curtious,very informative and doesn't make it complicated. it would be a real feather in their hat if they got the best bottle depot ever. plus it would be nice if they got a NEW BUILDING cause theirs is ancient
All of the employees at the Bea Fisher are amazing! I stop by every week with our sorted bottles and cans for Big Brothers Big Sisters. The employees are always cheerful, efficient, and ready to answer any questions that I may have. Also, when we may have a few boxes that are not sorted very well, they are very patient and help me count them. Thank you very much to the Bea Fisher for all of your help and support. We truly appreciate all that you do!
